  • By agreeing to the following T&C’s Messy Little Munchkins takes no responsibility for the following

 

Supervision  

  • All sessions are designed for parents/guardians to participate and accept full responsibility of supervision and safety of their children. Please do not leave your children unattended. Some sessions can be slippery therefore we advise parents to assist their little ones.
  • If you leave the messy play area please make sure someone else is supervising your child/ren to ensure they remain in constant care. 

 

Injury or Personal Loss

  • You as the client of Messy Little Munchkins, acknowledge that we accept no responsibility for personal loss or injury sustained during session, party or event. Parents/Carer remain responsible for the safety of yourself, your child/ren and belongings.

 

Stained clothing

  • Messy Little Munchkins advise dressing your child and yourself in clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty or possibly stained.. We take no responsibility or liability for any belongings (including clothing) that are stained, marked or damaged.

 

Illness

  • Please kindly refrain from attending Messy HQ or one of our events if you are unwell. If you or your child/ren fall ill (ie: gastro, chickenpox) post a HQ session please advise Messy Little Munchkins. We would like to inform other attendees in case there is an outbreak. It is up to Messy Little Munchkins discretion to offer a make-up if required.

 

Allergies and reactions

  • We aim to maintain a nut and dairy free zone. However, some products have allergy warning labels that state “may contain traces of” these products.
  • We do not take responsibility of what attendees ingest prior to attending a session that can be transferred in Messy HQ areas. Please seek medical attention should any adverse reactions occur.
  • Please advise of any food allergies* at time of booking and contact us directly to ensure the event is suitable for your little one, *extra charges may occur

 

Payment of sessions

  • No refunds will be given once payment has been made, please make sure you have the correct session/term pass when booking    

 

Cancellations

  • Messy Little Munchkins may have to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. All bookings for cancelled events will be contacted and refunded or a suitable alternative date to be agreed by both parties. 

 

Party Payments

  • 50% non-refundable deposit to be paid at time of booking.
  • Full payment must be made 10 days prior to the commencement of the party/event.

 

Photo/ Video Consent

  • Photos and small video clips will be taken during Messy Little Munchkins parties/events and may be used for marketing material.
  • If you do not wish to have photos taken of yourself, your child or guests please state this at check out.
